i have been going through my belongings and getting rid of items that no longer serve any purpose. i've been feeling unstable but not too depressed or anxious. i've been on disability and going to school. i began working at Le Sex Shoppe on August 9.

my pain is at it's worst. i had lower, mid, and upper back pain with a fever. also, i have an earache. times like this undermine my recovery and i become increasingly vulnerable to negative thoughts of ongoing episodes of pain.
