Dearest Beloved,

I have finally decided to not go to Otakon with my cousin. After speaking with the boy that is going with her, I realized that it would not be in my best interest to accompany them. If she really wanted to go, she would have not waited this long and after someone offered to pay for her plane ticket to plan for it.

Talking to James, the boy that is paying for her ticket, made me realize that I could not spend that much time with someone that I have nothing in common with. Speaking to James is like talking to a wall and expecting it to answer back. And that made me realize that she does not think of me when it comes to these situations. She knows how I hate spending time with strangers.

It was a good thing that I spoke to James before making any final decisions. Now, my mind is clear and can sincerely say that I have no intention of enabling my cousin's every wish.
